Mission
Movement is magic. Stillness is sacred. The secret to a healthy, happy life is finding your own personal brand of balance between the two. Fortunately, the ancient discipline of yoga offers us a complete toolkit to do exactly this, and I’m on a mission to help people change their lives and feel their very best in body & mind by establishing regular practices & habits that support their daily needs. Let’s keep the waves inMotion together!
Life is a balance between rest and movement

Bio:
Like many, I transplanted myself to Collingwood, ON several years ago and now consider the area home. I am in love with the outdoor lifestyle of the beautiful South Georgian Bay region, and the life I have built here ! Apart from practicing yoga, I also love running, cycling, hiking, skiing and anything that gets me moving my body outside. I even ran my first ever triathlon a few years ago!
I truly believe that yoga is the perfect complement to all of these activities and has the power to help us keep moving though the unexpected – in life and in sport.
Over the past many years, my practice has become more & more an integral part of my overall well-being. I began to notice the healing powers that yoga has, and learned to use it as a tool to manage stress, become more compassionate towards others, to find focus and to work through various challenges in my personal and professional life. Eventually, I realized that this practice was the catalyst for all of the other healthy habits that I often struggled to keep close to me during the most challenging of times.
Each time I come to my mat, my commitment deepens, and a few years ago, I started to feel called to share the practice of yoga with others. Through completing my 200 hour yoga teacher training, I developed an increased appreciation for not only the asanas (the poses or physical practice) but also pranayama (breathwork) techniques, meditation and each of the eight limbs of yoga. I learned how to make a daily practice manageable and strive to help others do the same, because yoga really does offer us a blueprint for life.
It is truly a blessing to be able to share a small piece of these learnings with others. I have a deep appreciation for all all of my students, my own teachers, and all who practice with me.
Meet you on the mat.
