Strong Flow Pop-Up

Building strong bodies, strong minds.

In this 60-minute workout, we use yoga-based movement to build strong bodies & minds. Strengthening body-weight exercises, blocks & bands, combine with the age-old practice of yoga call you forward towards the strongest, most confident version of yourself!

This pop-up class is donation-based. All proceeds will be donated to the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA.)
