Whether you are a new or seasoned yogi, let’s build a strong foundation for your flow! After attending this two-part workshop series, you will leave with an understanding of the key poses of yoga, the mechanics of yogic breathing, and the knowledge & confidence to fearlessly attend any group class in studio. Through a combination of theory, practice and discussion, you will safely grow your practice from the ground up.

Learn from Meggyn, RYT200: a now experienced yogi and registered yoga teacher since 2019. Just like everyone, Meggyn was once new to yoga (and many other things!) and understands what it's like to be a beginner. She will make you feel safe, comfortable & at-ease while you gain confidence in the basics!
